Retreats

Retreat Philosophy: Intentional travel.
Regenerative experiences.
Yoga, breath, and water as pathways back to yourself as nature.

‘To retreat: to withdraw to a quiet or secluded place’

from the Latin retrahere - to draw back.

Retreating is stepping back enough to see things more clearly. It is a pause, a chance to soften the pace, reconnect with your body and breath, and remember your place within the natural world.

From this space, renewal happens naturally. Energy returns, creativity opens, and what truly matters comes back into focus.

I have been leading global marine expeditions and retreats in Morocco, Greece, the UK, Mexico, Tobago, and Indonesia for over 20 years.

These retreats are fully experiential, offering more than just a beautiful location and yoga. Each one is connected to water, incorporating meditation, pranayama, ocean and water advocacy, and, of course, plenty of yoga asana.

At the heart of every retreat is a commitment to responsible and regenerative travel, placing both people and planet at the centre of the experience. Each retreat is carefully curated with nature in mind, creating opportunities for meaningful immersion, environmental awareness, and, where possible, engagement with local communities and projects.

Responsible travel is about giving back to the planet and not just ticking off places on a map.

The experiences we create are designed to stay with you, moments you will return to in your mind long after the retreat has ended. Experiences that have the potential to shift perspectives, deepen your connection to yourself and the natural world, and inspire lasting change.

These retreats are informed by the Ocean Flow Method and the philosophy of Blue Alchemy Academy, where wellbeing is understood as something interconnected with the health of our planet.

Above all, these retreats are about cultivating a sense of gratitude, for your body, your life, community, nature and our planet.
